Mullen Industries has three facilities, totaling 38,000 square feet of space. This allows for greater efficiency through specialized machining operations.

Plant One houses the main offices and 37 Acme Gridley and 42 Brown & Sharpe automatic screw machines (some with automatic bar loaders).

Plant Two provides the CNC machining. Equipment includes: an Okuma LB-15 (chucking capacity to 16”); Okuma Lb-6; two Hardinge CHNC; Miyano BNC-34T; Miyano TSV-21; three Sugino V8; two Sugino V6 VMCs, and one Viper VT12. Shipping is also done at this facility.

Plant Three contains twenty Davenport Model B automatic screw machines, one Hydromat HW25-12; and two Hahn & Kolb rotary transfer machines.

Secondary operations are handled using 17 Snow automatic vertical drilling and tapping machines; five Hardinge speed lathes; seven Sundstrand production mills; three centerless grinders; a variety of drill presses; turret lathes; tumbling and cleaning equipment.

Services such as heat treatment, plating, special stamping and metal finishing are provided by outside certified suppliers. These suppliers are controlled through Mullen's internal and external quality audits.
